Intern, Sustainability Research and Social Media Development

Bailey Hoch is a recent graduate with a background in social equity, environmental economics, conservation, and project management. Bailey considers issues holistically by actively addressing their social, environmental and economic aspects.

Bailey is currently interning with GeoTrends Sustainability Consulting to investigate circular economy policies and programs, develop social media, and provide administration. While volunteering at Cairns Regional Council, Bailey undertook report writing, project management, research, and communication via internal and external stakeholders. Bailey also worked on litter monitoring within the Cairns local government area by surveying, recording, and addressing local littering issues. While interning at Cairns Airport, Bailey undertook program research, waste auditing and other corporate issues. In previous work, Bailey implemented strict adherence to Work, Health & Safety legislation, specifically infection control.
